GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms of Sale apply to sales at www.meadowantwerp.com (”the MEADOW webshop”). You are instructed to read these Terms of Sale before placing any orders. By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale may be updated by MEADOW in the future. 

 

ORDERS

In order to make purchases through the MEADOW , you will be requested to register, which means providing us with your personal details and contact information. When ordering items, you will be requested to provide us with your payment details. It is your responsibility to provide valid and correct information and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. If you are below the age of 18 you must gain parental approval before submitting any order through the MEADOW webshop.

Purchases made with MEADOW are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited.

The contract between you and MEADOW begins once you place an order. When placing an order with us, we will send you an acknowledgment to your email address. Please note that you have to provide us with a valid email address in order for you to receive an electronic order confirmation. When placing an order with us you accept the legal terms and conditions of the MEADOW webshop.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by MEADOW as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to change or correct the information held about you.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices at the MEADOW webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time. Prices are inclusive of local Belgian VAT (BTW) and are payable in Euro. For non-Belgian customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We respect your privacy and your data will no longer exists in our system once the purchase is complete.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside MEADOW's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that MEADOW is released from MEADOW's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

MEADOW reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, MEADOW has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. MEADOW shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
